The transfer of property, copyright or moral rights of the authors in each image is not implied warranted or guaranteed by any fee quoted in the Reproduction License Page Rate price list and the Page Rate Calculator and subsequently paid by the payee, their employers or agents, or the raising of any invoice or subsequent payment thereof by the customer individual, company or business named in the invoice. All images offered by AjaxNetPhoto.com are copyright protected under International laws.
REPRODUCTION LICENSE
Reproduction licenses for images archived and displayed on the AjaxNetPhoto Picture Library may be purchased for specific use only. Price is determined by reproduction size, editorial and edition scope and territory of use of each publication for each image. All hi-resolution images down loaded by or transmitted to the customer will be charged for and no high resolution download or image transmission will be effected until appropriate payments or written (including by email) agreements to requested fees are received by AjaxNetPhoto.com. LICENSED images are also known as RIGHTS PROTECTED or RIGHTS MANAGED; the grant of license does not warrant, guarantee or imply a use other than that specified in the license and which is purchased by a user at the purchase point facility of this web site or specified in the customer invoice raised for each image. Usage in the following types of publication and editions thereof are included for each image reproduction license purchased ;non-fiction books, encyclopedias, encyclopedia partworks, educational books, magazines and academic documents, consumer magazines, in-house trade journals and trade newspapers, trade journals. Fees for images reproduced in national newspapers published in any country will be charged for at the C rate. Illustrations used in single language publications produced within EU (European Union) states for simultaneous publication and distribution within the EU and abroad will be charged for at the B rate.(see below for other reproduction uses and types of publication.).

As A, plus non-exclusive single language usage rights for one image used once in the first edition of a publication originating in and for retail or free distribution in the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom Commonwealth Countries and EU. CATEGORY=SPECIAL INTEREST LIMITED USE
Restricted non-exclusive multiple language rights for one image used once and reproduced by any type of mechancial printing and or by electronic means in non commercial limited special interest in each first edition of publications originating in and for free distribution in a single country, state or province. The types of publication in which an image may be used in this category are as follows; not for sale in-house trade journals and trade and provincial newspapers, annual company reports and company newsletters and customer and or affiliate customer publications including company and associated company, financial, academic, educational literature, newsletter and promotional cards and posters plus customer and affiliate customer Internet and world wide web use in low resolution only (max 72ppi for each image x 1024 pixels on the longest side) plus unlimited contextual educational and or academic printed and electronic presentations. The types of publication in which images may not be used in this category are as follows; editorial and or commercial works produced and published by third party publishers by any mechanical print or electronic means now known or yet to be invented for re-sale to the public through the international book trade or by any electronic means.
INTERNET WORLD WIDE WEB IMAGE DISPLAY TIME LIMITED LICENSE
E+D=ML WORLD
Restricted non-exclusive use for one image used on a single page of one Internet world wide web site in any language for a limited time. Use periods and license fees per image are specified for 6 or 12 month periods at the end of which time licensed image users are responsible for removing the image from the web site on which it was published. Licensed users must display a visible and screen readable credit to the author of the image on the page on which the image is used together with a link to the www.ajaxnetphoto.com web site. Images are supplied for Internet world wide web use at a maximum resolution of 72ppi in a choice of three different sizes for each period limited license.
F=ADVERTISING USE
Rights, permissions and fees for advertising use must be negotiated in advance of image supply. Please contact AjaxNetPhoto.com direct.
LIMITED PERSONAL USE LICENSE
Preview sized images displayed on the AjaxNetPhoto.com web site measure a minimum 500 pixels on the image longest side at a resolution of 72 ppi. Electronic data files of these images are available to purchase at the fee shown in the Reproduction License Page Rate price list and the Page Rate Calculator for Limited Personal Use only as defined in the license shown below. Larger file sizes at a higher resolution are available by special request. Images are supplied without the AjaxNetPhoto.com copyright logo across the image but include the AjaxNetPhoto.com image identification panel visible at the side or at the bottom of each image. The panel may be removed using appropriate image manipulation program applications once the image has been downloaded.
LPU=LIMITED PERSONAL USE LICENSE
Non-exclusive multiple language rights for one image used more than once for personal use only defined as follows; use for personal display purposes only including use on a personal electronic device such as a mobile cell phone, computer display , digital picture display frame or any personal portable electronic image display device, hard copy print made or produced on a personal printer for display in your personal home for unlimited periods. Such use excludes any commercial and or editorial use, multiple mechanical reproductions for any type of public distribution, copying including electronic scanning or archival storage by any means now known or yet to be invented are prohibited.
